By registering for use of the Client Portal (aquasign.com) via the registration form noted to the left and your continued use of the site, you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions contained in our Legal Statement (Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) and the additional terms noted below.

Access and Confidentiality

You acknowledge and agree that all information you access, have accessed or will access via the secure section of our site (accessible by using the username and password provided on completion of the registration form noted below) and referred to as the “Client Portal” is confidential (“Confidential Information”). You acknowledge and agree that:
•    At all times you shall keep the Confidential Information confidential and shall not use it to our prejudice
•    You shall not disclose the Confidential Information to anyone other than those of your employees who reasonably require access to it and will ensure that any such employees keep the Confidential Information classified and shall not use it to our prejudice
•    You shall not, without our prior consent, copy in any form any of the Confidential Information
Access to the Client Portal is conditional on acceptance by us of the registration form.
Acceptance by us of your access to the Client Portal will be confirmed via e-mail to the address you submit on the registration form.
We reserve the right to deny your access to this Site (including the Client Portal) at any time.

Username and Password

You acknowledge and agree that your account details for access to the Client Portal, including, but not limited to, the username and password you require for access, will be kept secure and used by no one other than you.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms noted above and the terms contained in our Legal Statement, you should not register for access, and use of, the Customer Preferred Area of this Site.
